Wendy Kochenthal lived in New York City as a child and young adult, fled to the Maine woods and ocean and now lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Spirit, intuition and life experience - knowing the depths of grief and the soaring of joy - are the backbone of her writing. Playing with words, ideas and feelings and telling her truth, while creating poetry and prose and crafting clay pots are her passions - which clarify her understanding of life.
“I feel hope, love and acceptance for everything, every animal and every person that crosses my crooked path. I have a powerful connection to Spirit. Without guidance from Archangel Michael, whom I ask for help, I would be lost. It has been challenging and difficult to trust again, with a childhood history of trauma. Writing my naked truth, living ‘on the edge’, and finding friends who believe in me, exactly who I am, feeds my soul and keeps my love alive.”
